• Personal Data You Provide: Name (first name only) and email address when you request to “Email Me a Copy.” Your message text and AI-generated response are not stored beyond your session.
• Automatically Collected Metadata: Timestamp, category, scripture reference, and “Was This Helpful?” feedback flag, stored in a private Google Sheet for analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalized Moment (AI reflection and prayer).
• To email you a copy if you request it.
• To log minimal metadata in our Google Sheet for service improvement.
• To process your feedback when you click “Was This Helpful?”

3. Data Retention

We retain only the metadata listed above for up to two years, then archive or delete it. We do not retain or share your message text or AI-generated response beyond your current browser session.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage to autosave drafts of your name and message for your convenience. You can clear your browser storage at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with:

• OpenAI API for AI reflections.
• Google Sheets API to store metadata.
• SendGrid for transactional emails.

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.

6. Your Rights

• Access & Correction: You may request a copy of or correct your name, email, or metadata by contacting us.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your metadata from our records at any time.
• Opt-Out: You can stop receiving email copies by simply not clicking “Email Me a Copy.”
