• Create personalized “Moments” (scripture, reflection, prayer) for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Request to email yourself a copy of your Moment.

4. Prohibited Use

• Do not use the Service for any illegal or harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its APIs.

5. Content & Disclaimers

• AI-Generated Content: All reflections, prayers, and metadata are generated by AI and are provided for inspirational purposes only. They are not professional medical, legal, or mental-health advice.
• Scripture License: We use the New International Version™ (NIV) of the Bible under license from Biblica. Proper attribution appears with each verse.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of any text you submit.
• Our Content: AI responses, site design, and code are owned by Moment by Vine Hands and may not be reproduced for commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moment by Vine Hands will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moment by Vine Hands and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Service.
